CELA · PUBLIC EVIDENCE
A public record of security events on this site — each one detected, blocked and recorded automatically by CELA, with no human in the loop. Every entry shows the source address, what it attempted and how CELA neutralized it. Sensitive investigation detail is withheld by policy. The ledger is cryptographically signed and updates live, without a site deploy; your browser verifies its signature before anything below is shown.
Detecting these probes, blocking the source and sealing the evidence happened automatically — part of CELA's continuity architecture, not a person watching a dashboard. Each attempt is classified the moment it arrives, the offending source is blocked on its first offence, and nothing was ever exposed.
The ledger is served from the live evidence channel at /live/incidents.json as
a signed cela.live-manifest.v1 bundle, verified in your browser against the
site's deployed jwks.json (ECDSA-P256 + ML-DSA-44) — the same keys that sign the
site itself. A record that does not verify is not displayed.
Each row carries an evidence anchor (a SHA-256 hash) that binds the public statement to the sealed internal evidence without revealing it.
